Every first payment is covered for a full 72 hours. Inside those 72 hours you can ask for your money back at any time, and you get all of it: the complete invoice amount, nothing taken out, no reason needed, no fee subtracted.
You can use it once, the first time you host with us. It covers your whole first invoice: your plan and any add-ons on it. Add-ons bought at any later time are non-refundable, period.
Asking is easy. Open a support ticket, send an email, or just reply to your invoice. The money goes back to the original payment method you paid with, through the payment provider. How fast the money arrives depends on the payment provider and your bank, which we do not control.
A refund ends your server and your subscription. If you want to keep your world, export a backup before you ask.
After 72 hours there are no more refunds under this guarantee, but you stay in charge: cancel any time from your control panel, and your server keeps running until the end of the time you already paid for. Cancelling never costs anything.

The menu is exactly three items. Nothing else exists, so nothing else can surprise you on an invoice.
Extra port allocation: 1.50 per month, one port allocation per purchase.
Extra storage: 2.00 per month, per 25 GB block.
Backup Plus: 2.99 per month, adding 2 backup slots (4 total), a 7-day backup schedule, and zip download of backups. Base plans already include 2 slots with daily backups first.
