One login: your account, the store, tickets, and Discord sign-in
Account and billingOne account runs the whole relationship: the site, the store, and your tickets all key off the same account, and it opens two ways, with your password or with Discord sign-in. This page walks both doors and the account tools around them.
One account, every surface behind it
Wherever the account is used, the same identity carries the action: reading pages while signed in, opening tickets from your account, and the store actions. There is no separate login to juggle per surface; one account is the design. The clearest place that design pays off is the ticket form: its multi-server selector lists the servers your account carries, because the account is where that list lives.
The two ways in
- Password: type it as usual and you are in.
- Discord sign-in: signing in with Discord works today. Use it when your Discord identity is what you have at hand.
Both doors reach the same account, so the way you arrived changes nothing behind it: same account, same servers, same ticket history. You can mix the doors day to day; neither door becomes a second account, because the account is the place and the doors are the handles to it.
Adding a password or an email
Account management lets you add a password and add an email to your account. Two moves worth doing while you are on that screen:
- Adding a password: if the account started with Discord sign-in, adding a password gives you the password door too, so two doors reach the same account.
- Adding an email: if yours is missing, add it on the same screen.
The account works the same after either addition: one account, one more door where a door was added. One more plain note: adding a password does not remove the Discord door, and adding an email does not change what the account carries; each addition is pure addition, and the account keeps whatever doors it already had.
Why one login
Every ticket and store action keys off the same account, so your history stays stitched together: the ticket threads, the store record, and the server list all belong to one identity. When you ask for help, nothing has to be re-proved from scratch, because the account already carries the servers and the history the question is about, and a ticket opens against that same account's own list.
What this page does not claim
- No security features beyond the two doors and the account management moves above: nothing more is claimed tonight, and no feature is described that the screens do not carry.
- Nothing about buying: the store is reached through the account, and how a purchase flows is not this article's subject.
- A mismatch between this page and a login or account screen is a ticket: the screens and the page should say the same things, and when they do not, the mismatch goes to a person.
