The 72-hour money-back guarantee, explained
Account and billingThe money-back guarantee is four facts, stated the same way every time: 72 hours, full refund, once per client, nothing taken out. This page explains all four plainly and points at the page that carries the complete wording.
The four elements, one plain paragraph each
72 hours. The window is 72 hours, counted from when your service starts. That start point is the policy's own definition, and the policy page is where the definition lives in full.
Full refund. The refund is of the payment you made, and it is full: not a remainder, not a partial figure, not an amount with something held back.
Once per client. The guarantee attaches once, to you as a client: one guarantee, not one per purchase. A second order does not open a second guarantee, and nothing about the first one resets the count.
Nothing taken out. No fees are subtracted and nothing is deducted on the way back: what the guarantee covers is what comes back, with nothing taken out.
Why the four elements are this article's whole subject
Policy wording is exact, and paraphrase drift is how a guarantee gets misread. So this page prints the four elements, which are repeated exactly everywhere we state them, and it paraphrases nothing else: no invented examples, no restated clause, no fresh arithmetic on any window. The complete wording stays where it belongs, on the refunds policy page, and this article adds nothing to it.
Where the complete wording lives
The four elements above are the posture; the complete wording is not in this article, on purpose. It lives on the refunds policy page , and that page is the document to read when a detail matters. When the article and the policy ever seem to differ, the policy governs, and this page is the summary, not the source.
The route
The route to the guarantee runs through a conversation, not through a control: open a ticket from your account, state what the request is about, and the thread carries it. No self-serve refund control is claimed on this page, because none is confirmed; the ticket thread is the honest route tonight. The ticket article in Related reading explains how a thread moves, and what you put in the first reply is the honest lever you hold there: what the request is about, and when your service started.
What this page does not promise
- No refund arrival timings: none exist in the record, so none print here.
- No self-serve refund control: nothing on this page names a button or a form for it.
- Nothing added and nothing subtracted: the four elements above are the whole of this article's say, and the policy page carries everything else.
